Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask BetterOnline to delete personal data associated with your enquiry, Better Advisor session, CRM record or WhatsApp conversation, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.

How to request deletion

  1. Email me@brunoerry.com with the subject Data Deletion Request — BetterOnline.
  2. Include enough information for us to identify the relevant record, such as the email address or telephone/WhatsApp number you used with BetterOnline. Do not send passwords or authentication credentials.
  3. We may ask you to verify your identity before deleting data so that we do not delete another person's information by mistake.
  4. After verification, we will process the request and confirm when the deletion has been completed or explain any information that must be retained for legal, contractual, tax, security or dispute-resolution reasons.

What may be deleted

Depending on your interaction with BetterOnline, this may include contact information, project briefing information, website enquiry data, CRM records, WhatsApp conversation records and related sales workflow data under our control.

Data stored by third-party platforms may also be subject to those providers' own retention obligations and privacy processes.
