Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the BetterOnline website, Better Advisor and pre-contract sales services. Project-specific scope, price, delivery and payment terms are confirmed separately before work begins.

1. Operator
BetterOnline is a digital services brand operated in Portugal by Aderry Lda. Questions about these terms may be sent to me@brunoerry.com.
2. Website and enquiry services
The website, Better Advisor and related messaging channels are provided to explain our services, collect project requirements, prepare recommendations and facilitate enquiries. Information shown before a final proposal is not a binding commitment unless expressly confirmed in writing.
3. Proposals and projects
A project begins only after the applicable scope, price and commercial terms are confirmed. Where a separate proposal, order, statement of work or contract is issued, that document governs the relevant project if it conflicts with these general website terms.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are indicative of the referenced service level unless expressly stated otherwise. Custom requirements, integrations, third-party services, domain registration, licences and other extras may change the final project price and are confirmed before purchase.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or messaging services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or availability, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
BetterOnline's website, branding, interface, written material and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Client project ownership and licensing arrangements are defined in the applicable project agreement.
7. Third-party services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as hosting, payments, messaging, analytics or infrastructure providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability.
8. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend or modify parts of the website and enquiry experience. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, BetterOnline is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website or pre-contract enquiry tools.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable Portuguese law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules that may apply.
